Connaxis is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects candidates with potential employers through intelligent matching algorithms.

Our services include candidate profiling, job matching, interview scheduling, assessments, and analytics dashboards.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Do not upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with normal operation of our platform.

Candidates must provide truthful information about their qualifications and experience.

Employers must provide accurate job descriptions and comply with applicable employment laws.

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Connaxis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Connaxis a license to use, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without our written permission.

Our handling of personal information is governed by the Connaxis Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide our services.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these terms.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Unpaid fees may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connaxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connaxis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with or without cause.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
